# Troubleshooting

**Technical issues may include:**

* error message
* page not loading
* can’t move to the next step of the application

**If you are experiencing technical issues on the Ma Earth platform, please try the following solutions:**

1. Reload the page and try again
2. Log out and log back in to your account and try again
3. Try to complete the steps in a different browser
4. Try to complete the steps on a different device

If these troubleshooting options don't work, please reach out to us through our [contact form](https://maearth.com/contact), and we will assist you. 

When reporting an error, it is helpful to include information about your browser and device type so our team can identify the issue more quickly.
