Additional documents strengthen your application by providing evidence of your work, organizational capacity, and community support. **They are not required, and you should not create anything new for this application.**

#### However, if you already have them on file, it can be helpful to include some of the following:

**Evidence of past work:**

* Photos showing previous projects
* Brief report from past regeneration work
* Letters of support from community members
* Testimonials from partners or beneficiaries

**Organizational documents:**

* Nonprofit registration certificate
* Mission statement or bylaws
* Recent financial statement (doesn't need to be audited)

**Technical plans (if you have them):**

* Site maps or property boundaries
* Planting plans or restoration design
* Budget breakdown
* Species list with sources

**Format:**

* PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), CSV, Excel (.xls, .xlsx), JPEG, PNG, WEBP, .json, etc.
* Images are also acceptable
* Keep individual files under 10MB
* Name files clearly: "Land\_Agreement\_2024.pdf" not "document\_final\_v3.pdf"
