# Project Profile URL

#### Customize your links on Ma Earth

A clean, shareable link matters more than you might think. When you reach out to your community, a simple URL like *maearth.com/yourproject* is easier to remember, easier to share, and easier to trust.

You can change your project profile and organization profile URLs up to three times each.

To customize your project profile link, visit your user dashboard, navigate to the project you want to edit, navigate to "Project settings" and input your new URL.

*Note: Once you change your project URL, your previous link will become available and could be used by other projects. If it is not used by another project, it will redirect automatically to your project page.*

To update your organization profile URL on Ma Earth, select "Settings" and input your new URL.

*Note: Once you change your organization URL, your previous link will become available and could be used by other organizations. If it is not used by another organization, it will redirect automatically to your organization page.*

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.maearth.com/resources-for-land-stewards/project-profile/project-profile-url.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
